These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Georgetown Poker Club ("GPC", "we", "us", "our") website and your participation in club activities. By accessing our website or visiting our club, you agree to these Terms.

Club membership

• Georgetown Poker Club is a private social poker club. A valid membership is required to participate in poker games.
• Membership options include Daily ($10), Monthly ($25), and Yearly ($150). Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Hour packages and unlimited monthly play options are also available. Details are posted in the club and on our website.
• The sweepstakes lounge does not require a membership.
• We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violations of club rules or disruptive behavior.

Club rules & conduct

• All players must treat staff and other members with respect. Threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Fighting, intoxication that disrupts play, and theft are grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.
• GPC operates on an hourly seat fee model ($12/hour for poker). There is no rake.
• All game rules, buy-in limits, and tournament structures are set by GPC management and may change at any time. Current details are posted in the club and on our website.
• Players are responsible for their own chips and personal belongings. GPC is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Payments

• We accept cash and digital payments (Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay).
• All membership fees, hourly fees, and tournament buy-ins are processed at the time of play.
• Payouts are made in cash. GPC is not responsible for disputes related to third-party digital payment platforms.

Website use

• This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but schedules, pricing, and promotions may change without notice.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• Content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Georgetown Poker Club and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Georgetown Poker Club, its owner, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in club activities. You participate in all games and activities at your own risk.

Assumption of risk

Poker and sweepstakes involve risk of financial loss. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and that GPC is not responsible for any losses incurred during play.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enter Georgetown Poker Club and participate in any games or activities. Valid identification may be required.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website or club shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
